The Banker was responsible for the death of someone Margaux loved and at present she is literally obsessed with finding him and exacting revenge. Working with the Slye Temp group, Margaux is actually pushing her luck by not playing by the rules. When it becomes apparent she needs to lay depression for her own safety and the reputation of the squad, Sabrina sees to it Margaux is well hidden. But, she should take known Marguax couldn't just sit all the same. Going solo, Margaux finds herself face to face with a man she had fallen in love during a failed mission in Paris. The human now calls himself" Logan" and he doesn't know which side Margaux is on and she doesn't know which side he is on, merely they know they still feel something for each other despite the fact i could be their mortal enemy.
With no other choice only to join forces, Margaux and Logan set up out to prevent a major catastrophe and salve many lives. The mission is a dangerous one and the simmering burn burning between them complicates things. It is really hard to piece of work that closely with someone nether such a stressful situation and not know for sure if you can trust them, even if y'all wanted to.
This volume is a very action packed romantic suspense novel that volition have you property on with both easily. Margaux is a kick butt "ghost" that tries to keep her sentimentality subconscious, never assuasive anyone to run across the person underneath all that training. Logan is a person that has fabricated incredible sacrifices to save his family. He hurt Margaux badly half-dozen years ago , just that was never his intention. Both characters agree on to secrets and keep their personal thoughts and feelings close to the vest. I liked both of them and could just tell they were perfect for each other. However, The Banker has other ideas....
I recommend this one to all romantic suspense fans, merely those who read thrillers might like this one also. This one gets four stars.

Their shared pursuit of a chillingly amoral villain is derailed when neither is able to fully trust the other, despite their mutual attraction. Each will accept to decide what path will allow them to live with a clear conscience and whether that excludes the opportunity to follow the dictates of his or her heart.

This rollercoaster read is a fun blend of danger and romance with a definitely kick-butt heroine who has her own agenda and past baggage to deal with that is non helped any by running into a guy who complicates her life immensely, simply by his very beingness. Each of them has a complex set of obligations that are definitely compromised by their overwhelming allure to each other's backbone and inner force, not to mention, sex appeal. Information technology is so entertaining to read virtually a heroine who is just equally capable (if not more then) as the males around her and the tension keeps escalating throughout the story until its glorious conclusion. At that place are delightful twists and turns to become with the non-terminate action and a wonderfully creepy villain. I am non quite positive about the villain receiving his merely desserts simply I definitely want to read other stories in this series and expect forrad to fifty-fifty more adventures featuring the Slye Temp agency and its satellite connections.

Kiss the Enemy past Dianna Love is the quaternary volume in her wonderful Slye Temp Series. This is such a fantastic series, with each volume beingness a thrill a minute, equally well as having a fabulously hot couple. Once again, Dianna Love outdoes herself with Osculation the Enemy, which I finished in less than a solar day. The only thing that interrupted me was things I had to practice, and as soon as I finished, I hurried back to read this heady book that I could not pull abroad from.

If you accept not read my previous reviews, Slye Temp is an agency the does covert operations to help the government against terrorists type of activity. Sabrina Slye is the leader, and she is an crawly one at that. I look frontward to 1 day her story. Just in Kiss the Enemy, our heroine is Margaux, who works for Sabrina, and is one of her best agents. Margaux though has a hidden past, that cannot be revealed, as it would mean her sure death. Sabrina is the one who saved her, and trained to be one of her Ops.

But awhile agone Margaux's cousin was murdered by a villain named the Broker, and she has blamed herself for her cousin'due south death. Margaux has since been on a vendetta to observe him and kill him. Sabrina has warned her that she is putting the team at risk. The volume picks upwardly with the team on an assignment based on Margaux's info from her master source. The Op goes bad, and Sabrina plans on removing her from the team, but into a safe house. Before this could happen, Margaux gets a tip that the Banker is in the states and this is her chance to find him, and at the aforementioned time protect her Slye Temp squad. So she runs away.

This is merely the beginning of the book, so I am not giving spoilers. But believe me, once I finished the showtime affiliate, I was totally hooked, and needed to find out what happens next. It is at a party, where Margaux is in disguise as a hooker; she meets Dragan (aka Logan), a known mercenary, who is likewise at the party to run into the Broker. From here on in, the excitement level escalates to so many thrilling moments, as the ii of them work shut together to survive. Do they trust each other? …non really. Is there chemistry between them? Whew..plenty to steam up your e-reader (or the mirror in your room). I loved both Margaux and Logan together. They fought; they worked together; they killed to survive; they schemed; and they had hot steamy sex. Logan had his own team, and I would love to learn more nearly them also.

I volition not tell yous also much more, equally I practise non desire to spoil things. This was such a fantastic story, that I could non become enough of, as I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. The suspense was palpitating, as they plant themselves in danger so many times, and the story was full of surprises with so many twists along the style.

I have said this before, and I will repeat. Dianna Dear writes stories that are heady, action packed, suspenseful, sexy, and totally pulls you into every page of the book. One of the principal things about this serial, is the fabled characters she creates. I love the Slye Temp team, as each series the couples are fabulous. I love Sabrina, even if she is non the main character in each book, she is tough, smart, savvy, intensely loyal, and a very important part of the main theme of this series. To evidence how well Dianna creates these awesome characters is that she brought in a different team (Logan'south) and nosotros found ourselves loving them as well. I want more of them all.

Please please Dianna, keep on writing this series, and giving us more of these fabled characters, whom we take grown to dearest. If you love well written books, that are exciting, on the edge of your seat suspense, non-stop activity, characters y'all care well-nigh, fun and hot steamy sex; then expect no further than Dianna Honey and her Slye Temp series.

Desire betwixt the hero and heroine rises until only a slight touch tin turn the moment into a heated embrace. A perfect balance of suspense and romance makes Osculation THE ENEMY totally captivating and always entertaining. Dianna Beloved has created an exceptionally compelling Slye Temp story, a series I never want to end.

When the current mission being carried out by the Slye Temp organization goes wrong, it is believed agent Margaux Knuckles was on a personal vendetta and not merely acting on supposedly good info. Although she would like to make the person who killed a relative pay, she had really thought a terrorist assail was imminent and needed to be stopped. When Margaux learns her inquiries take put those with whom she works in jeopardy, she will identify herself at risk to continue them from existence hurt because of her.

Afterward putting a program in motion to locate the person responsible for making her life so chaotic, Margaux comes in contact with another individual looking for the same human, though for much unlike reasons. Logan Baklanov needs the known criminal in club to rescue his brother. To make this happen, he must pretend to be someone involved in terrorist acts to draw out this particular individual. When Margaux accidently becomes entangled in his scheme, nil goes as he wished. Though they must piece of work together or much may be lost, Logan and Margaux are keeping secrets that will proceed trust between them from hands forming.

When two stiff-willed personalities clash, the results are often volatile and unpredictable. This has never been truer than when Logan and Margaux must make decisions that volition profoundly touch them both. They are certainly a stubborn pair, as neither wants to requite upwards control of a situation. Several of their conversations are very explosive, and I had no idea who would win. Though they may be hot-tempered, thankfully they are nonetheless able to think things through enough to know when it is wise to at least give in only a little. I loved watching Logan and Margaux bicker, equally their disputes are filled with and so much passion. This is one reason I think their love-making was and then peppery, as everything these ii does is backed by lots of emotion. The vulnerability shown by Logan at times is specially touching, as this very alpha hero has a soft side when it comes to Margaux.

Any danger in the story is convincingly depicted with much potential harm, and what Logan and Margaux must go through sometimes is extremely challenging. How their minds work to effigy out a solution to whatsoever dilemmas proves they are intelligent and very artistic. Books with loads of action have always been a favorite of mine, and Dianna Love knows how to make her suspenseful stories continuously gripping. In that location is hardly a moment to take a calming jiff in KISS THE ENEMY before a threat once again comes into the lives of Logan and Margaux. There are numerous new characters in the latest story of the Slye Temp series that I would like to accept their ain story, as well as those from previous books who have yet to discover someone to love. I especially desire to know more nearly Nick plus Sabrina and Cuff.
